Conditions of rental

what you need to do to be able to rent a car at rai-internacional

• 1. presentation of personal documents of OP, VP, or passport - the minimum rental age is 21 years (for business class, higher class, luxury class, SUV and multi-seater vehicles the minimum rental age is 25), the driver must be a holder of driver's license min. 1 year.

• 2. we require you to submit an employment contract, ticket, business card, other document proving your employment for inspection/ if you arrive by flight, you will show yourself with your ticket.

• 3. deposit in the form of a credit card / pre-authorization, the funds remain on the client's account, they are blocked during the rental of the vehicle

• 4. University students - ISIC student cards /driver's age from 21 years - according to vehicle type

Companies

• 1. submission of an extract from OR + submission of personal documents OP, VP, or passport
• 2. power of attorney from the company manager if the person taking over the vehicle does not appear in the statement as the company manager
• 3. deposit in the form of a payment card / pre-authorization, the funds remain on the client's account, they are blocked during the rental of the vehicle

• The rental of vehicles of middle, middle-business, higher and luxury class is subject to a minimum rental period of 3 days.
• The waiting time is charged at 15€/hour. without VAT. Waiting up to half an hour is accepted. If you arrive by flight, you can claim all fees that arise through no fault of yours from the airline.ň
• The renter can not use the vehicle without written consent to push or tow cars, trailers or other objects.

• car maintenance in authorized service points across Slovakia
• We proceed all administrative processes in case of possible insurance event
• highway vignette in Slovakia
  • The client is obligated to buy highway vignettes valid in other countries before entering the specific country.
    This purchase has to be declared after returning the car.
  • The rental of vehicles of upper middle, higher and luxury class is subject to a minimum rental of 3 days.
    The waiting time is charged at 15 EUR/hour. without VAT. Waiting up to half an hour is accepted. If you arrive by flight, you can claim all fees that arise through no fault of yours from the airline.
